Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) We offer standard and express shipping within the Netherlands. Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on all orders— check our store for current promotions.

EU Cross-Border Shipping We ship to all EU member states. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–12 business days. As we ship within the EU, no customs duties apply for EU customers. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT.
